General Objectives:


• Introduce the participants to the concept of crisis and its characteristics
• Provide the participants with the necessary preparations to deal with crisis
• Refine the participants' skills to work through crisis task force
• Provide the participants with the necessary skills to work within a preventive system against crisis

• Managers, supervisors and workers entrusted with the responsibility of handling crisis.

• Crisis and crisis management
• Concept of crisis and its characteristics
• Types and divisions of crisis and reasons for crisis
• Needs to deal with crisis and the necessary preparations thereof
• Steps and methods of dealing with crisis
• Crisis task force - its composition, methods of selection, preparation
• Training crisis task force
• Mutual impact between a crisis and the community where it occurs
• Community mobilization to handle crisis
• Towards a preventive system against crisis
